This takes place not only on the track but off the track too and includes a large amount of technical education fundamentally each driver/rider is in motorsport for the long term. Whilst raw talent will take a driver so far they will only ever be as good as the equipment that they are using. A key limiting factor to performance gains is the feedback that a driver/rider is able to provide to their team.

Through providing a technical education drivers/riders will be able to engage not only with the team more conversely but are able to understand how and why components operate in the way that they do. This carries an instant advantage of maximising a cars advantage through understanding how it can be manipulated to give a greater output. This greater understanding will assist drivers in adapting between equipment and conditions. Whilst this is an immediate gain ; long term this allows drivers to engage within development programs more productively not just by being able to give feedback but by being able to contribute to technical conversations with viable solutions.

In order for the educational process to be effective only elements that will benefit the driver/rider directly will be covered so as not to hamper performance in other areas. This will be delivered by both theory and practical tasks designed to suit the individual.

Although every class in karting is important to the continued success of the sport in the future, the class that is growing rapidly is the cadet class which one can only think the reason for this is due to the success of our very own Lewis Hamilton.

At iyf-racing we can share our expert driver tuition at any circuit of your choice in the UK covering all classes including (for those who think they are fit enough)

Endurance karting with one to one tuition from our very own Endurance World Record Breaking Driver Lloyd de Boltz-Miller who on Sept 30/Oct01st 2010 drove a stunning 1289km's in 24hrs to break the previous record set in South Africa by Myk Prescott of 1152km's.

We can offer one to one tuition through to group tuition for all classes covering everything from giving the complete novice child the confidence to be on track with experienced drivers to helping the experienced driver improve their racecraft.

We can also help the driver and parent understand data analysis if requested along with helping the father understand the mechanics of karting working along side him until he has the confidence to mechanic himself.
